Orders are not charged before the full order is shipped.

Prices

Prices are quoted and orders are charged in USD($).

Please note that the customer payes for any custom duties, fees or sales taxes that might be applied to their order.

All orders are shipped from Sweden.

Shipping & insurance cost

Flat rate shipping cost $50.

Insurance included.

If a piece arrives broken or someting is missing, please e-mail immediately to sales@glassboden.shop.

Delivery

Shipped by DHL or First Class Mail.

Orders are normally shipped within 1-7 days, otherwise you will be noticed.

Most pieces are handmade and can sometimes be in very short supply.

We reserve the right to inform that products temporarily unavailable in stock may
be out of stock and therefore unable to be delivered at the specified time or delivered at all.

Return policy

Returns are accepted for a full refund within 14 days from order received.

Buyer pays return shipping cost. Actual shipping charges are not refundable.

All items must be unused with original boxing.

No returns are accepted without authorization.
